one Wonderful Sunday

Thank God for technology

I could still remember 20 years ago when we hardly heard of internet, there's no such thing as blog. The word "blog" doesn't exist back then. Whatever we write or read on the blog was written on this so called diary. We used to have simply dinner and would talk about school and our friends. I bet back then nobody would thought of such things as blog or social networking websites such as friendster facebook. Talk about facebook, I'm now addicted to Mafia Wars :)

We have come a long way since the days of Atari... now who still remember Atari? Do you even know what is Atari? It was THE game console back then... just like PS3 or Wii or Xbox to us these days. The so called THE game console display the spaceship as a block of square and it shoots a short vertical line, moving upwards to hit the alien warship which is represented by... (yeap, you guess it correctly) another square.

Fast forward few years later, we have this nicer graphic as shown here:


Not bad eh... what an evolution.

CentralWorld (เซ็นทรัลเวิลด์) is the 2nd largest shopping mall complex in South East Asia. It's too big so I have to "bend" it in the middle. Hope the picture is not deceiving for some. ;-)

Chang... more chang

Lately I have been addicted to Chang Beer... dunno why I would prefer it over any other brand, except for Heineken of course. So I manage to get myself this on Friday nite, along with the 4 Kings.

Absinth.. No Green Fairy though :(

Legally... it's good enough to get you NOT to walk in a straight line.
Since I refused to believe that the other day, I tried a simple experiment which involves a steady hand.

This is the result after 2 glass of absinth on the rock.

It was Friday night and it's time to paaaaarty! Off it goes looking for Chivas and Coke. It was just an innocent friendship but soon it was having too much fun and before the clock strikes 12, it was emptying that bottle of Bailey's that has been in the fridge for ...(God knows how long). It doesn't stop there. As the hour lingers pass midnight, it started to flirt with Jago. Jago has been sober since it moves in the neighborhood... but not tonight. Jago soon realize it too has been a victim of time. As it stays with the neighborhood, it realize time would catch up with it and it would soon be wasted too... and tonight is the night.

So it is true that time will make you more mature and be appreciated by many.
